Nessa semana, a secretária de Saúde, Gláucia Sabampato, e o coordenador do CCZ (Centro de Controle de Zoonoses), Emerson Evangelista da Silva (Bagrinho), estiveram reunidos na secretaria de Saúde de Nova Serrana com Tânia Roche Antunes (da ONG SOS Animais) e com Neide de Oliveira e Luana Aparecida da Costa (ambas da Arca de Noé). A pauta da reuniãofoi sobre a divulgação do início das atividades e a as normas a ser estabelecidas para a utilização do Castramóvel (clínica médico/veterinária volante voltada à castração de animais domésticos – recentemente adquirida pelo governo municipal).
Segundo a secretária, o encontro teve como objetivo levar ao conhecimento das duas entidades de proteção animal do município o estágio em que se encontra a disponibilização do dispositivo à população, bem como discutir as regras e normas de sua utilização.
Gláucia explicou às representantes das entidades, que o veículo chegou à cidade há cerca de um mês e neste período vem passando por processo de documentação e caracterização antes de entrar em serviço. Uma última adaptação deve ocorrer ainda esta semana e, segundo a secretária, assim que concluída a formação da equipe responsável pelo agendamento dos procedimentos, o serviço começará a ser prestado.
“Acreditamos que até o mês de novembro já teremos concluída essa parte técnica e burocrática e, a partir daí, devemos entrar em operação”, garantiu.
Na reunião, ficou acordado que o serviço será prestado de maneira a atender tanto às demandas da Saúde municipal, no que diz respeito à castração de animais de rua, como das entidades, que abrigam e acham novos donos para animais abandonados.
