O governador de Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema, e a secretária de Estado de Educação, Julia Sant’Anna, informaram, nesta quarta-feira (27), durante o evento de expansão do Ensino Médio em Tempo Integral (EMTI), que serão publicados – na edição desta quinta-feira (28) do Diário Oficial Minas Gerais – atos de concessão de progressão especial para diretores de escolas estaduais.
“Vamos atender à questão dos diretores que têm mais de três anos de doação e que passaram, a partir de agora, a ter aquela progressão especial na carreira, que tinha sido regulamentado há oito anos e que nunca havia sido paga. A partir de agora, nós também estaremos colocando em dia mais essa dívida”, destacou o governador.
Esta era uma antiga demanda dos gestores escolares e, desde então, é a primeira vez que o Estado fará o pagamento do benefício. A medida terá impacto financeiro de cerca de R$ 5,6 milhões anual na folha de pagamento da Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG).
Serão contemplados 2.309 profissionais da educação que atuaram, a partir de 2013, ou ainda atuam como gestores escolares. É imprescindível que o diretor tenha exercido o cargo por três anos, ininterrupto ou não, estando sempre certificado pelo Processo de Certificação Ocupacional de Diretor Escolar.
– Progressão
A concessão da progressão especial está prevista no artigo 22, da Lei nº. 15.293, 5 de agosto de 2004, e foi regulamentada pelo Decreto nº. 46.206, de 3 de abril de 2013.
A progressão representa a mudança de grau na carreira do servidor, sendo que cada progressão significa um acréscimo de 2,5% sobre o seu vencimento básico. Para os servidores contemplados, serão publicados atos referentes a duas progressões, ou seja, todos os servidores beneficiados, perceberão um acréscimo total de 5% em sua remuneração. Para aqueles servidores que já se encontram no último grau da carreira (letra P), o benefício de 2,5% será pago na forma de vantagem pessoal.
