O objetivo é intensificar as atividades de polícia ostensiva em suas diversas modalidades, de forma a coibir os crimes contra o patrimônio, como furto e roubo, e, consequentemente, garantir mais segurança à população.
A operação contará também com o apoio de militares dos setores administrativos da instituição que reforçarão as atividades que são realizadas, rotineiramente, pelos policiais militares da Unidade.
“A Operação também contará com o policiamento a pé, que será priorizado nas ações interativas, informativas e preventivas nos centros comerciais e locais de grande aglomeração de pessoas, havendo também as câmeras do Olho Vivo que auxiliarão os militares no monitoramento de situações e indivíduos suspeitos, possibilitando uma ação mais rápida e efetiva”, disse a PM em nota à imprensa.
A Operação Natalina irá até o dia 31 de dezembro. A partir do dia 1/1/2022 a PMMG dá início à operação Férias Seguras.
