A Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) promoverá no período dos dias 13 a 24 de dezembro, seis leilões de veículos on-line. Serão disponibilizados automóveis e motocicletas recolhidos nos pátios credenciados pelo Departamento de Trânsito de Minas Gerais (Detran-MG), na capital. Por meio do site www.detran.mg.gov.br, aba Veículos e link leilão On-Line, o cidadão deverá realizar o cadastro. Após análise e aprovação por parte da comissão organizadora do leilão, é possível conferir as fotografias, informações dos veículos e os editais com as regras dos certames, lances iniciais e condições dos lotes.
Os interessados também podem visitar os pátios para inspecionar visualmente os veículos, nos dias e horários estabelecidos nos editais, observando as regras sanitárias de prevenção ao coronavírus. Os veículos que serão levados à hasta pública são classificados como conservados. Nesse caso, o arrematante, após a aquisição, deverá quitar, no prazo máximo de três dias úteis, o Documento de Arrecadação Estadual (DAE), conforme exigido pelo Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB) e pela Resolução 623/16, devendo providenciar o novo registro e licenciamento, de modo que o automotor possa retornar à circulação.
Aproximadamente 400 veículos serão leiloados por meio da plataforma, com início às 10h do dia 13/12 e encerramento às 18h do dia 24/12.
Os lotes descritos nos editais serão leiloados somente na plataforma virtual e o interessado deverá estar devidamente cadastrado no Sistema de Leilão de Veículos do Detran-MG. A chefe da Divisão de Controle de Ciretrans (DCC) do Detran-MG, a delegada Renata Rodrigues de Oliveira Batista, esclarece que o lance inicial partirá do valor mínimo da avaliação, discriminado individualmente no anexo do edital, e será considerado vencedor o licitante que tiver feito a maior oferta até o fechamento do leilão, não sendo admitida sua desistência.
“O pagamento do lote arrematado será realizado à vista, por meio do Documento de Arrecadação Estadual (DAE), disponível para impressão no Sistema de Leilão de Veículos após o encerramento do certame”, completa a delegada.
