O Corpo de Bombeiros chegaram ao 5º dia de buscas por um jovem de 19 anos que se afogou no Rio Pará, no local conhecido como Pontal, zona rural de Conceição do Pará. O trabalho de buscas teve início no início da tarde de sábado (12) e segue nesta quarta-feira (16).
Segundo relatos, o jovem entrou na água e em determinado momento começou a se afogar. A vítima foi levada pela correnteza e submergiu, não sendo mais vista.
O Corpo de Bombeiros de Nova Serrana iniciou os trabalhos logo após o chamado. De acordo com a corporação, o local tem cerca de 9 metros de profundidade, muitas pedras e a correnteza é muito forte, o que torna inviável os trabalhos de mergulho autônomo.
Portanto, foram realizadas buscas na superfície, nos remansos e em galhos de árvores caídas às margens do rio.

- Se presenciar alguém se afogando, evite a ação corpo a corpo, prefira sempre usar um galho de árvore, uma corda, uma bóia ou algo que flutue e lance para a vítima, ou seja, não entre na água se não souber nadar, peça por socorro.

- Após alimentar muito, não nade, pois uma indigestão pode lhe causar problemas.
