A Operação Fênix I foi realizada nessa sexta-feira (25), pela Polícia Militar, em todos os seis municípios que compõem a área de cobertura do 60º Batalhão. O intuito da ação foi prevenir crimes violentos e aumentar a sensação de segurança da população.
A operação foi desenvolvida com foco nas ações de visibilidade ativa em locais de grande movimentação de pessoas e veículos; realização de batidas policiais nos locais com maior incidência criminal; emprego de equipes em pontos de bloqueio e interceptação, com foco nas abordagens aos suspeitos da prática de crimes, nas principais vias de acesso (entradas e saídas) dos municípios; intensificação, em geral, de abordagens a indivíduos em atitude suspeita em motocicletas com dois ocupantes; bem como prisões e apreensões diversas.
