Uma motocicleta foi encontrada ontem (29), pela Polícia Militar de Nova Serrana. Ela havia sido furtada na madrugada de quinta-feira (28), no bairro Sagrada Família. Dois homens, de 23 e 18 anos, foram presos.
Segundo a Polícia Militar (PM), a guarnição viu dois indivíduos em atitude suspeita. Eles estavam na moto – que imediatamente fora reconhecida pelos policiais devido às características repassadas pela vítima do furto.
Foi dada ordem de parada à dupla. Porém, os indivíduos fugiram pela BR-262 e, logo após, pegaram a BR-494.
Após as perseguições, eles pararam a moto e tentaram a fuga a pé. Contudo, um dos autores foi preso no local. Já o outro, empreendeu fuga pela mata e foi localizado momentos depois. Com este último também foram encontrados: um revólver calibre .32, com 10 cartuchos intactos e braçadeiras, comumente utilizadas para amarrar vítimas de roubos.
Em conversa com os autores, eles confessaram que iriam cometer assaltos na região.
Ainda de acordo com a PM, o autor de 23 anos possui diversas passagens policiais. Ele tinha um mandado de prisão em aberto por um roubo cometido no dia 9 de dezembro do ano passado na cidade de Pompéu.
Diante dos fatos, a dupla foi presa e levada à Delegacia de Polícia Civil, juntamente com os materiais apreendidos.
A moto furtada, que havia sido comprada pela vítima ainda este ano, foi recuperada e encaminhada ao pátio credenciado pelo DETRAN.
