Em entrevista coletiva realizada na manhã desta quinta-feira (2), a Polícia Civil apresentou os resultados do inquérito policial que apurou as circunstâncias do acidente de trânsito que resultou na morte de uma adolescente, de 17 anos, e deixou o irmão dela, de 25, gravemente ferido. Os fatos ocorreram em meados do último mês de maio, em Divinópolis. A vítima fatal era uma das finalistas do concurso “Rainha e Princesa da Divinaexpô”’. Um jovem, de 22 anos, foi indiciado.
Durante a apresentação do trabalho investigativo à imprensa, a perita Lívia Cabral Sátiro Abdo esclareceu, por meio de imagens do sistema “Olho Vivo”, requisitadas pela PCMG, qual teria sido a dinâmica do acidente, assim como toda a confrontação das provas periciais para indicar quem teria provocado a colisão, e consequentemente quais imputações seriam atribuídas a cada condutor.
O delegado responsável pelo caso, Anderson Vicente de Souza, esclareceu, em seguida, os pontos determinantes para o estabelecimento de autoria e responsabilidades pelo acidente. “Constatou-se, por evidência documental e testemunhos, que o condutor da caminhonete não pode ser responsabilizado pela morte da vítima e pelas lesões corporais dos demais ocupantes do veículo”, explicou.
Já em relação ao motorista do carro em que estavam as vítimas, o delegado concluiu: “O condutor do carro assumiu o risco de provocar o acidente por assumir a direção do veículo sem possuir a devida capacidade técnica e teórica, pois não possuía CNH [Carteira Nacional de Habilitação], por ter feito uso de bebida alcoólica e assumir a condução do veículo, por avançar o sinal vermelho de forma deliberada, dirigir acima da velocidade permitida para o local e se omitir em relação à segurança dos ocupantes do veículo”.
O inquérito policial foi concluído com indiciamento do motorista do carro, de 22 anos, pelos crimes de homicídio doloso e lesão corporal dolosa (com dolo eventual). Ao condutor da caminhonete, de 45 anos, foi imputada a contravenção penal de dirigir veículo pondo em risco a segurança alheia. Os resultados serão agora remetidos ao Ministério Público e à Justiça.

Na madrugada de 14 de maio, sábado, um carro e uma caminhonete colidiram no cruzamento de duas das principais avenidas da cidade, deixando uma vítima fatal e outro passageiro do mesmo veículo gravemente ferido. A PCMG, assim que acionada, deslocou a perícia criminal até o local a fim de realizar a coleta de vestígios que pudessem contribuir para estabelecer a autoria e a dinâmica do acidente, bem como procedeu à instauração de um inquérito policial.
