Os vereadores aprovaram nessa segunda-feira (25), o reajuste anual dos vencimentos dos servidores, do subsídio dos agentes políticos e a revisão da bolsa auxílio dos estagiários do município de Nova Serrana, no percentual de 5,45%, retroativo à janeiro de 2021. A proposta foi discutida através do Projeto de Lei 002/2021, de autoria do Executivo Municipal.
O projeto cumpre o disposto no inciso X do artigo 37 da Constituição Federal, assegurando a revisão geral anual, sempre na mesma data e sem distinção de índices, do vencimento dos servidores públicos. A Câmara Municipal ressalta que não se trata de aumento de salário. O objetivo da revisão geral anual é atualizar as remunerações de modo “a acompanhar a evolução do poder aquisitivo da moeda”.
A revisão alcançará os servidores inativos e pensionistas do Instituto Próprio de Previdência do Município na mesma proporção.
De forma semelhante, foi aprovado o Projeto de Resolução 001/2021, de autoria da Mesa Diretora da Câmara Municipal, para a revisão anual com a aplicação do percentual de 5,45% dos valores das remunerações dos cargos públicos da estrutura administrativa e do subsídio dos agentes políticos, do Poder Legislativo.
