A Prefeitura de Bom Despacho já está aplicando a quinta dose da vacina contra Covid-19 para pessoas imunocomprometidas com 18 anos ou mais que se encaixam na lista das comorbidades consideradas pelo Ministério da Saúde. Só poderão receber a quinta dose, pessoas que possuem o intervalo mínimo de 4 meses a partir da quarta dose.
Seguindo as orientações do Ministério da Saúde, podem receber a imunização, as pessoas nas seguintes condições:
- Imunodeficiência primária grave;
- Quimioterapia para câncer;
- Transplantados de órgão sólido ou de células tronco hematopoiéticas (TCTH) em uso de drogas imunossupressoras;
- Pessoas vivendo com HIV/Aids;
- Uso de corticoides em doses ≥20 mg/dia de prednisona, ou equivalente, por ≥14 dias;
- Uso de drogas modificadoras da resposta imune, como Metotrexato, Leflunomida, Micofenolato de mofetila, Azatiprina, Ciclofosfamida, Ciclosporina, Tacrolimus, 6-mercaptopurina, Biológicos em geral (infliximabe, etanercept, humira, adalimumabe, tocilizumabe, Canakinumabe, golimumabe, certolizumabe, abatacepte, Secukinumabe, ustekinumabe) Inibidores da JAK (Tofacitinibe, baracitinibe e Upadacitinibe).
- Auto inflamatórias, doenças intestinais inflamatórias;
- Pacientes em hemodiálise;
- Pacientes com doenças imunomediadas inflamatórias crônicas.
Ressalta-se que a 5ª dose está disponível em todas Unidade de Saúde do Município, exceto nas unidades JK/Santa Marta e Dr. Hugo.
