Sancionada pelo prefeito Euzebio Lago nessa quinta-feira (01/09), a Lei Municipal Nº 3.062/2022 garante o pagamento do piso salarial nacional aos Agentes de Combate à Endemias (ACE’S) e aos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS’S). A lei vem para ratificar as portarias do Ministério da Saúde que estabelece o vencimento a partir de dois salários mínimos dos cargos mencionados.
Além do piso, os ACE’S e ACS’S de Nova Serrana receberão adicional de insalubridade e aposentadoria especial em razão dos riscos inerentes da função. O pagamento ainda será retroativo ao dia 5 de maio, data estabelecida pela Emenda Constitucional Nº 120.
No total, 224 servidores municipais que atuam em Nova Serrana serão beneficiados com a lei.
