    MOTORISTAS JÁ PODEM ADERIR AO CADASTRO POSITIVO; VEJA COMO FAZER

    Motoristas já podem aderir ao Registro Nacional Positivo de Condutores (RNPC). Também conhecido como Cadastro Positivo de Condutores, ele tem o objetivo de premiar a boa conduta de motoristas que não cometeram infração de trânsito nos últimos 12 meses.

    O cadastro foi desenvolvido pelo Serviço Federal de Processamento de Dados (Serpro) para o Ministério da Infraestrutura e seu lançamento faz parte das ações da Semana Nacional de Trânsito, promovida pela pasta.

    Ele permite que empresas privadas e órgãos públicos ofereçam benefícios e vantagens aos motoristas. Entre elas, por exemplo, estão reduções em taxas de serviços públicos e privados, condições diferenciadas para locação de veículos e contratação de seguros, descontos em pedágios e em estacionamento e oferta de cashback.

    As vantagens poderão ser concedidas a partir de 13 de outubro, quando o cadastro será ativado.

    – Como aderir

    A participação no cadastro é voluntária, mediante autorização do condutor. Ela pode ser registrada por meio do aplicativo Carteira Digital de Trânsito (CDT) ou no Portal de Serviços da Secretaria Nacional de Trânsito (Senatran). Ao se registrar, o participante dá o consentimento para que seu cadastro seja visualizado como apto a receber os benefícios.

    As empresas que quiserem atuar com o RNPC devem comunicar o interesse à Senatran e apresentar os benefícios que serão oferecidos por meio de um formulário online. Para dar visibilidade aos parceiros da iniciativa, a Secretaria Nacional de Trânsito criou o selo Parceiro do Bom Condutor, que poderá ser utilizado em ações promocionais, portais, redes sociais e aplicativos.

    O Cadastro Positivo de Condutores foi estabelecido pela Lei 14.071/2020, que alterou diversos dispositivos do Código de Trânsito Brasileiro, como a ampliação do prazo de validade das habilitações. A iniciativa foi regulamentada em julho deste ano pelo Conselho Nacional de Trânsito (Contran).
