Os processos de primeira habilitação que foram inicialmente até 31/12/2021 terão até 31/12/2022 para conclusão. Caso contrário, os alunos perderão todos os serviços já realizados e terão que refazer todo o processo novamente. Esse medida vale apenas para candidatos de primeira habilitação de carro e moto. Condutores que estão realizando adição ou mudança de categoria não se enquadram nesse regra.
A Deliberação nº 248/21 do Conselho Nacional de Trânsito (Contran) modificou o prazo de vencimento dos processos de habilitação para 1 ano e determinou encerramento de todos os processo abertos em 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 e 2021 em 31/12/22.
“Quem abriu o processo a partir de 01/01/2022 terá 1 ano para a conclusão, sendo possível a prorrogação para mais um ano, desde que esse pedido seja solicitado junto ao órgão em até 30 dias após o vencimento. Já os processo abertos ate 31/12/21, todos vão vencer no final desse ano. Estamos chamando com urgência todos os alunos com processo parado para retomar o quanto antes, visto que o prazo para concluir está muito curto e são muitos alunos nessa situação”, alertou o proprietário da Auto Escola Liderança, Marcos Fonseca.
