A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana informa sobre o funcionamento dos órgãos públicos municipais durante o Dia do Servidor Público e Dia de Finados, de acordo com o Decreto Nº 145/2021.
O dia 31/10 (segunda-feira) é ponto facultativo em comemoração ao Dia do Servidor Público. Dia 01/11 (terça-feira) é ponto facultativo municipal e dia 02/11 (quarta-feira) é feriado nacional do Dia de Finados.
Centro Administrativo
No Centro Administrativo não haverá atendimento ao público entre os dias 31/10 e 02/11. O expediente retorna no dia 03/11 (quinta-feira) às 8h.
Saúde
As unidades de saúde não funcionarão entre os dias 31/10 e 02/11. O expediente retorna no dia 03/11 às 8h. O serviço de transporte de pacientes da saúde e TFD (Tratamento Fora do Domicílio) funcionarão normalmente, conforme agendamento. Mais informações pelo 3225-8700.
UPA
A Unidade de Pronto Atendimento – UPA – funcionará normalmente (24h) durante o feriado e pontos facultativos.
Guarda Civil Municipal
A Guarda Civil Municipal funcionará normalmente durante o feriado e pontos facultativos. Para denúncias e casos de urgência ligue 153.
Coleta de Lixo
O serviço de coleta de lixo funcionará normalmente durante o feriado e pontos facultativos.
Rede Municipal de Educação
Todas as unidades da rede de educação municipal funcionarão normalmente nos dias 31/10 (segunda-feira) e 01/11 (terça-feira). Não haverá funcionamento na quarta-feira (02/11). O expediente retorna normalmente na quinta-feira (03/11) de acordo com o calendário escolar 2022.
Servidores cedidos
Os servidores cedidos deverão acompanhar o horário de expediente dos órgãos em que estejam prestando serviços.
