Um homem de 44 anos foi preso no sábado (13) em Nova Serrana com uma arma de fogo. Ele havia ameaçado pessoas na região Central do município.
Segundo a Polícia Militar, a equipe foi acionada para atender uma ocorrência de ameaça, onde um indivíduo estaria armado na área central. No local, a equipe viu o veículo apontado na denúncia, transitando pela Avenida Coronel Martinho Ferreira do Amaral.
“Imediatamente foi realizado o sinal de parada, mas o condutor desobedeceu às ordens emanadas pelos policiais, e fugiu em alta velocidade. Durante a fuga, o infrator acessou a BR-262 em alta velocidade, colocando em risco a vida de pedestres e condutores dos demais veículos. Posteriormente, após o acompanhamento, os militares conseguiram abordar o condutor do veículo que tem passagem criminal pelo crime de ameaça”, disse a PM.
Após varredura, a polícia encontrou uma pistola de calibre .380 carregada e municiada com sete munições do mesmo calibre, a qual foi arremessada pelo autor para fora do veículo.
Diante dos fatos, o homem recebeu voz de prisão e foi levado à Delegacia de Polícia Civil juntamente com os materiais apreendidos. Já o veículo foi encaminhado para o Pátio Credenciado.
