Está marcada para o dia 11/5, às 19 horas, no auditório do Sindinova, uma audiência pública para tratar sobre a construção do CRS – Centro de Reintegração Social e sede da Associação de Proteção e Assistência aos Condenados – APAC de Nova Serrana.
A APAC é uma entidade jurídica sem fins lucrativos, visando auxiliar a Justiça na execução da pena, recuperando o preso, protegendo a sociedade, socorrendo as vítimas e promovendo a Justiça restaurativa.
A realização desta audiência busca o envolvimento da população no processo de construção da de toda a estrutura física da APAC. A mobilização e sensibilização dos moradores de Nova Serrana e cidades vizinhas que pertencem à Comarca é fundamental, pois toda a sociedade civil tem um papel essencial na ressocialização do condenado.
A APAC de Nova Serrana está em processo de implantação há um ano. As etapas obrigatórias do processo de instalação da APAC vêm sendo cumpridas desde abril de 2022 e já são grandes os avanços obtidos, como a doação da área, por parte do município.
Na audiência pública haverá a participação de representantes da Fraternidade Brasileira de Assistência aos Condenados – FBAC. Autoridades do meio jurídico, político, social, econômico deverão contribuir com o debate, assim como os cidadãos, buscando mutuamente o êxito do trabalho de construção da sede e do CRS, assim como de toda a metodologia apaqueana na cidade.
O diretor da APAC/Nova Serrana, Moacir Silva e toda a diretoria reforçam que a participação de todos é muito importante.
O Salão do Sindinova em que ocorrerá a audiência fica localizado na Rua Antônio Martins, nº75, Centro, Nova Serrana.
