Os vereadores da Câmara Municipal de Nova Serrana realizaram uma reunião nesta segunda-feira (19), com o gerente geral da Caixa Econômica Federal, Philipe Pereira. Os parlamentares buscaram informações atuais referentes ao projeto que foi aprovado em outubro de 2021, de autoria do Poder Executivo, para que fosse estabelecida uma operação financeira de empréstimo junto a Caixa Econômica Federal, no valor de R$ 30 milhões. O objetivo do empréstimo é obter recursos para uma série de obras, como construção de várias Unidades Básicas de Saúde, reforma de campos de futebol com instalação de grama artificial, instalação de passarelas na Rodovia BR-262 e asfaltamento de diversas vias no município.
Os vereadores, cumprindo suas funções fiscalizatórias, procuraram esclarecer a situação do município em relação a tais contratos firmados por meio do Programa de Financiamento à Infraestrutura e ao Saneamento – FINISA, como pagamentos, saldos e outros. O gerente esclareceu que a Caixa é responsável pelo contrato e que efetua os pagamentos às empresas responsáveis pelas obras mediante a autorização da Prefeitura e que todos os procedimentos relacionados ao contrato estão em consonância com os parâmetros legais.
Casas Populares do Bairro Arvoredo
Outro tema debatido na reunião com o gerente da Caixa Econômica foi o empreendimento de construção dos imóveis populares, projeto que prevê a construção de 1000 unidades de moradias populares, a ser construído no bairro Arvoredo.
Philipe esclareceu as dúvidas dos vereadores quanto às casas populares e explicou as modificações que ocorreram em razão das mudanças dos Programas Habitacionais do Governo Federal. A expectativa é de que a construção avance e, segundo o gerente, os responsáveis pelo empreendimento já estão colocando materiais no local para início das obras. Durante a reunião foi ressaltada a importância de iniciar a tramitação do Projeto de Lei que irá regulamentar os critérios estabelecidos para que os cidadãos possam se candidatar à aquisição dos imóveis.
