Nos dias 14 e 15 de julho, a partir das 19h, acontece em Nova Serrana o 1º Arraiá do Cercado. Com muita música, apresentações culturais e comidas típicas , a festa “junina” oficial do município vai acontecer no estádio Astrogildo Duarte (antigo campo do Nacional próximo a praça Pe. Libério).
Além das apresentações de danças dos alunos que se destacaram no Circuito de Arraiás de 2023, a festança contará com grandes shows com as duplas Lourenço e Lourival, na sexta-feira (14/07); e Di Paullo e Paulino, no sábado (15/07). Artistas locais também se apresentarão fazendo os shows de abertura. Na sexta, Zé Henrique e Walison e no sábado, Claudio Lopez.
Uma praça de alimentação será montada no local com diversas comidas típicas como caldos, tropeiro, macarrão, cachorro quente, porco no rolete, arroz com suã, arroz temperado, milho cozido, quentão, doces, algodão doce, pipoca, além de brincadeiras como “pega porco”.
“Festas como esta fazem parte da nossa cultura, principalmente da cultura de Minas Gerais, e não podíamos deixar de aproveitar essa ocasião para proporcionar às famílias de Nova Serrana um momento de lazer e cultura. Será uma festa super organizada e segura para todo mundo poder se divertir com tranquilidade e celebrar nossas tradições”, comenta o prefeito Euzebio Lago.
