Foi dada a largada nesta terça-feira (11/7) para mais uma Feira de Calçados de Nova Serrana (Fenova). Esta é a segunda edição do evento no ano de 2023 e apresenta os lançamentos das coleções de primavera-verão.
Na manhã de hoje, autoridades políticas do centro-oeste, empresários, representantes de entidades ligadas à indústria nacional, lojistas, visitantes e expositores participaram da cerimônia de abertura que aconteceu no Centro de Convenções.
O prefeito Euzebio Lago que também marcou presença, destacou o papel do governo municipal na geração de qualidade de vida para os trabalhadores de Nova Serrana, que sustentam a indústria calçadista fazendo do Arranjo Produtivo Local, um dos maiores e mais pujantes do país.
“Trabalhamos para construir uma cidade boa para se viver, onde os pais podem se dedicar ao trabalho, enquanto seus filhos estão sendo atendidos em boas unidades de educação com ensino em tempo integral. Isso reflete na indústria calçadista, que consegue ter mão de obra qualificada para atender suas demandas. Estamos investindo na segurança, na saúde, no esporte a fim de atrairmos mão de obra para nosso polo e consequentemente continuarmos a ser uma das cidades que mais cresce em Minas”, afirmou o prefeito.
Participaram também da abertura da Fenova o vice-prefeito Nelson Moreto, o prefeito de Araújos, Geraldo Magela, o prefeito de Perdigão, Juliano Lacerda, o vice-presidente do Sindinova Pedro Gomes, representantes de entidades como Sebrae, Fiemg e Abicalçados além dos comandantes das forças de segurança presentes no município como Polícia Militar, Polícia Civil e Corpo de Bombeiros.
A 27ª FENOVA acontece até quinta-feira, no Centro de Convenções de Nova Serrana, das 10h às 19h.
