O governo federal estuda medida para facilitar a comprovação da renda de trabalhadores autônomos visando permitir que eles acessem o programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida (MCMV). A informação foi revelada nesta quarta (19) pelo ministro das Cidades, Jader Filho.
Para integrar o programa habitacional, o trabalhador precisa comprovar a renda que recebe mensalmente. Porém, para quem é autônomo essa tarefa costuma ser mais complicada.
Catadores de materiais recicláveis, motoristas de aplicativos e vendedores ambulantes estão entre as categorias que podem ter dificuldade para comprovar rendimentos. No Brasil, estima-se que 38,8 milhões de pessoas estavam na informalidade em 2022, o que representava 39,6% da população economicamente ativa.
“A equipe da Secretaria Nacional de Habitação, através do secretário Ailton Madureira, tem feito esse estudo junto à Caixa Econômica Federal para que nós possamos apresentar uma proposta à Casa Civil, ao presidente Lula, para atender esse público. São essas pessoas que têm renda, mas não conseguem fazer a comprovação dessa renda. É o motorista de Uber, é o catador de material reciclável, [são] os autônomos todos que acabam não tendo carteira assinada e não conseguem fazer essa comprovação”, explicou Jader Filho (COM AGÊNCIA BRASIL)
Faixas de Renda
O Minha Casa, Minha Vida depende da renda das famílias. A Faixa 1 do programa contempla famílias com renda mensal de até R$ 2.640. Já a Faixa 2 abrange famílias com renda entre R$ 2.640 e R$ 4,4 mil; e a Faixa 3, envolve famílias com renda mensal entre R$ 4,4 mil e R$ 8 mil.
Valores
Em relação ao valor do imóvel, o financiamento máximo é de R$ 170 mil para empreendimentos voltados à Faixa 1; de R$ 264 mil para a Faixa 2; e de R$ 350 mil para a Faixa 3.
No caso do MCMV rural, o valor máximo para novas moradias passou de R$ 55 mil para R$ 75 mil. Já o financiamento para melhoria de uma moradia subiu de R$ 23 mil para R$ 40 mil.
As taxas de juros variam de acordo com a região e com a renda, indo de 4% ao ano a 5,5% no caso da Faixa 1; de 4,75% a 7% para a Faixa 2; e de 7,66% a 8,16% para a Faixa 3.
As famílias também podem conseguir descontos na aquisição dos imóveis. Eles são oferecidos para trabalhadores com recursos do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) de R$ 55 mil, restrito aos beneficiários da Faixa 1.
