    NOVA SERRANA É 7º LUGAR EM MINAS NA GERAÇÃO DE EMPREGOS EM 2023, EM RITMO MAIS LENTO

    Os primeiros seis meses deste ano confirmam o destaque de Nova Serrana na geração de empregos no estado de Minas Gerais.  A cidade aparece na 7ª posição, na relação entre os 853 municípios do estado. Os dados fazem parte do Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados (Caged), do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE).

    Nas primeiras colocações, destaca-se Belo Horizonte com 24.958 novas vagas de empregos formais, seguidas das cidades de Contagem (5.838), Ipatinga (5.604), Uberaba (3.271), Juiz de Fora (2.569), Nova Lima (2.452), Nova Serrana (2.241), Uberlândia (2.032), Itabirito (1.864) e São Joaquim de Bicas (1.753). Em todo o estado de Minas Gerais foram criados em 2023, 144.298 novas vagas com carteira assinada.

     

    Desaceleração na comparação com primeiro semestre do ano passado

    Na comparação com os seis primeiros meses do ano passado, Nova Serrana apresenta um ritmo mais lento na geração de novas vagas de empregos com carteira assinada. Entre janeiro e junho de 2022, Nova Serrana criou 3.939 novas oportunidades. Na comparação entre os dois períodos, registrou-se uma queda superior 43%. Os números também são inferiores se comparados com 2021, quando nos seis primeiros meses registrou-se 2.408 novas vagas de empregos formais.

     

    Aposta no segundo semestre de 2023

    As apostas de Nova Serrana estão na retomada econômica do país neste segundo semestre do ano. O Sindicato Intermunicipal das Indústrias de Calçados de Nova Serrana (Sindinova) estima numa redução média de 10% no faturamento das empresas do polo, nestes primeiros seis meses deste ano. A expectativa é que o faturamento do segundo semestre compense a carência do primeiro, com os estímulos econômicos e de crédito adotados que têm sido anunciados pelo governo federal.
