A população mineira já pode contar com mais uma modalidade on-line de registro criminal. A Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) incluiu aos serviços da Delegacia Virtual a opção de denúncias em casos de estelionato.
De acordo com o artigo 171 do Código Penal, configura como crime de estelionato “obter, para si ou para outrem, vantagem ilícita, em prejuízo alheio, induzindo ou mantendo alguém em erro, mediante artifício, ardil, ou qualquer outro meio fraudulento”. A pena prevista nesses casos é de reclusão de um a cinco anos, além de multa.
Atualmente, é possível registrar por meio da Delegacia Virtual ocorrências em casos de acidente de trânsito sem vítima, perda de documentos e objetos, desaparecimento de pessoa, localização de desaparecido, localização de desconhecido, dano simples, pichação, furto, ameaça, vias de fato/lesão corporal, descumprimento de medida protetiva e, agora, estelionato.
O serviço foi implantado em 2014 e, desde então, resultou na diminuição do número de registros presenciais feitos nas delegacias e nos postos de atendimento da Polícia Militar, reduzindo, assim, o tempo de espera para registro das demais ocorrências nas unidades policiais.
Como funciona?
Com acesso por meio deste link (CLIQUE AQUI), a Delegacia Virtual tem links de atalho também nos sites da Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais e no App MG Cidadão.
O registro de ocorrências na Delegacia Virtual é feito por meio do preenchimento de formulários que são apresentados gradativamente na tela. Após o envio dos dados ao sistema, a ocorrência passa por triagem.
Em até 60 minutos, é emitida uma mensagem ao usuário por e-mail, informando o número do Registro de Evento de Defesa Social (Reds), bem como a forma de acessá-lo no site do Sistema Integrado de Defesa Social (Sids), para imprimi-lo.
O documento pode ser usado para fins de acionamento da seguradora, comprovação de extravio de documentos e outros fins. O registro on-line tem o mesmo valor legal do procedimento realizado de forma presencial.
