A Câmara dos Deputados aprovou nesta terça-feira (29) o regime de urgência para a proposta que prorroga a desoneração da folha de pagamentos para alguns setores da economia até 2027. A indústria calçadista e de confecção constam entre eles. Segundo o presidente da Câmara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), o mérito do projeto será votado hoje (30).
O tema já foi aprovado pela Comissão de Assuntos Econômicos do Senado. A desoneração da folha substitui a contribuição previdenciária patronal, de 20% sobre a folha de salários, por alíquotas de 1% a 4,5% sobre a receita bruta. A ideia é que esse mecanismo reduza os encargos trabalhistas dos setores desonerados e estimule a contratação de pessoas.
Por acordo entre as lideranças partidárias, o mérito da proposta deve ser analisado nesta quarta-feira para dar tempo à relatora, deputada Any Ortiz (Cidadania-RS), de costurar um texto com uma solução política para outro assunto constante do projeto, a diminuição de 20% para 8% da alíquota do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) para municípios com até 156 mil habitantes.
