Uma viatura da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Nova Serrana se envolveu em um acidente com uma motocicleta, na noite de terça (3/10), no Centro da cidade. Três pessoas ficaram feridas.
A batida aconteceu no cruzamento da Travessa Treze de Maio com a rua Coronel Martinho Ferreira do Amaral (esquina do MAC Supermercados). Segundo registro, a viatura se deslocava com sinal luminoso e sirene acionados para uma ocorrência. A motocicleta trafegava pela rua Coronel Martinho, com dois ocupantes menores, ambos, 17 anos. Com o impacto, a viatura tombou alguns metros após o cruzamento, na Travessa 13 de Maio.
O condutor e a garupa foram levados pelo Corpo de Bombeiros para a UPA de Nova Serrana com fraturas e escoriações pelo corpo. Já na viatura, um agente, de 32 anos, que estava como passageiro, chegou a ficar inconsciente por alguns instantes, além de permanecer preso nas ferragens. Ele foi retirado pelos socorristas e por outros GCM´s que logo chegaram no apoio. Recuperado a consciência, ele foi encaminhado pelo SAMU ao Hospital São José para avaliação médica, onde recebeu alta após algumas horas. A cadela policial Vick, da raça Pastor Belga, que também estava na viatura, teve um corte em uma das patas e está bem. Segundo a GCM´s ela foi levada a uma clínica veterinária para atendimento. Os demais ocupantes da viatura nada sofreram.
Ambos os menores ocupantes da motocicleta sofreram fraturas do fêmur e seguem internados na UPA em estado estável de saúde.
