Já está sendo realizada a matrícula dos alunos que fizeram o cadastramento escolar para este ano de 2024 (todos os anos). Os pais devem procurar as unidades de ensino no qual o cadastro foi encaminhado para fazer a matrícula.
É obrigatório apresentar os seguintes documentos:
- Certidão de nascimento da criança (original e cópia);
- CPF (original e cópia);
- 2 Fotos 3/4 se tiver;
- CPF e Identidade (original e cópia) do responsável pela matrícula;
- Comprovante de endereço (energia, água ou telefone);
- Cartão do SUS (original e cópia);
Caso o aluno seja declarado público da Educação Especial, ou possua algum problema de saúde, deve apresentar no ato da matrícula o Laudo Médico.
Já aqueles que não realizaram o cadastro, deverão procurar a instituição de ensino mais próxima ou a Prefeitura (SALA A16 – CENTRO ADMINISTRATIVO), a partir desta segunda-feira (22/1). Os documentos a serem apresentados são os mesmos da matrícula. Os que estão vindo de fora devem trazer ainda a Declaração de Transferência e Histórico. (Comunicação Prefeitura Nova Serrana).
