O serviço de renovação da Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH), que antes necessitava de vários deslocamentos, hoje pode ser resolvido em casa, no computador ou celular com apenas alguns cliques. O pedido de renovação pode ser feito no site da Coordenadoria Estadual de Gestão de Trânsito (CET-MG), da Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG), ou pelo aplicativo oficial do Governo de Minas – MG App.
A solicitação digital de renovação da CNH representa a maior parte dos atendimentos prestados em Minas Gerais. Somente em fevereiro deste ano, das 119.465 solicitações, 98.932 foram digitais, 83% de todos os pedidos pelo serviço. O cidadão só precisa se deslocar para fazer os exames médicos.
O processo é todo virtual, e a nova CNH é recebida no domicílio cadastrado pelo condutor. Para quem possui a Carteira Digital de Trânsito (CDT), o documento é liberado no mesmo dia.
Quem possui o MG App é avisado com 30 dias de antecedência da necessidade de renovar a CNH, podendo fazer todo o procedimento no aplicativo. Na mesma notificação, já é possível realizar o atendimento. É só preencher os dados, emitir a taxa de pagamento e agendar a clínica na página que é direcionada para o usuário.
