    IPVA 2024 NÃO QUITADO PODE SER PARCELADO EM ATÉ 12 VEZES

    Os motoristas mineiros que perderam o prazo para pagamento do Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Veículos Automotores (IPVA) de 2024 já têm a oportunidade de fazer o parcelamento do débito, em até 12 vezes, a partir desta segunda-feira (22/4).

     

    A escala regular do IPVA terminou em março e, segundo o superintendente do Crédito e Cobrança da Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda (SEF), Leonardo Guerra Ribeiro, os contribuintes que estão com o imposto atrasado devem buscar a regularização o quanto antes, para evitar acúmulo de encargos e outras sanções administrativas.

     

    O parcelamento pode ser simulado e contratado diretamente pela internet, no site da SEF, escolhendo a opção IPVA no menu de acesso rápido da página inicial e, na página interna, clicando em Parcelamento. O valor de multa e juros pelo atraso é calculado automaticamente.

     

    É preciso observar que o valor mínimo das parcelas deve ser de R$ 200. Ou seja, débitos inferiores a R$ 400 não poderão ser parcelados.

    Alertas

    O não pagamento do IPVA pode acarretar inscrição do débito em dívida ativa e encaminhamento para protesto cartorial. Além disso, o motorista não terá acesso ao Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento do Veículo (CRLV), emitido pela autoridade de trânsito. O veículo flagrado circulando sem o CRLV estará sujeito às sanções previstas no Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB).

     

    A SEF alerta, mais uma vez, para os cuidados com as tentativas de golpes envolvendo o IPVA, principalmente, por meio de links e sites falsos prometendo descontos para a quitação do tributo. Para evitar fraude, a principal recomendação é sempre acessar o site da Secretaria de Fazenda e não clicar em links recebidos por aplicativos de mensagens, redes sociais ou e-mail.
