Realizado entre os dias 21 e 25 de outubro, sob orientações da SRS/Divinópolis , o resultado do quarto LIRAa (Levantamento Rápido de Índices para Aedes aegypti) foi de 2,8%, em Nova Serrana. Este resultado (IIP – Índice de Infestação Predial), classifica o município em situação de médio risco para uma epidemia de dengue.
Este resultado, somado à iminência de chuvas em toda a região indica que os cuidados devem ser intensificados e sugerem que não podemos baixar a guarda: manter limpos quintais de áreas abertas, manter vasilhas em recipientes secos e tampados e caixas d’água limpas são apenas algumas da recomendação no combate ao mosquito transmissor da dengue, zika e chikungunya.

Vamos redobrar a atenção
O resultado, uma vez tendo apresentado aumento no IIP, não nos permite relaxar na guerra contra o aeds aegypti. Os trabalhos contra a dengue e o aeds aegypti devem ser constantes, sem interrupção e sem dar chance ao mosquito transmissor.
É sempre importante saber que a batalha é atribuição tanto do poder público como da população com um todo: pois a população deve atuar ativamente, realizando os cuidados de higiene diários do imóvel, embalar corretamente o lixo e descartar material de construção de forma correta (não em lotes vagos).
Outras ações de suma importância são: higienização e vedação da caixa d’água, manter pneus somente em área coberta, manter garrafas sempre de boca para baixo, ter as piscinas devidamente tratadas, guardar lonas em locais cobertos, verificar periodicamente suas respectivas lajes e calhas, e ter cuidados com pratinhos de plantas. A realização das ações diárias e permanentes dos proprietários dos imóveis, e ou inquilinos, faz toda a diferença, para a mitigação do mosquito em nosso município.
Vem aí o Dia D de combate à dengue
O Governo de Minas Gerais publicou a Resolução SES/MG Nº 9.678, de 21 de agosto de 2024, que define regras de financiamento para o combate às Arboviroses e custeio parcelado para o desenvolvimento de ações pertinentes. As ações terão monitoramento do Governo Estadual, através da SRS/Divinópolis, e entre elas a realização 100% do indicador III. Indicador este, que será a realização de ações do Dia D, palestras educativas, caminhada educativas, carreata e blitz educativas e mutirão de limpeza. Todas as ações com distribuição de panfletos, entre outros que serão custeados pela Resolução.
