O Governo de Minas divulgou, nesta quinta-feira (17/7), o calendário anual de exigência do Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV) para o ano de 2025. As datas foram publicadas no Diário Oficial do Estado por meio da Coordenadoria Estadual de Gestão de Trânsito (CET-MG), da Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão de Minas Gerais (Seplag-MG).
Os prazos para regularização do CRLV variam de acordo com o final da placa do veículo. Os com placas de finais 1, 2 e 3 devem ser licenciados até 31/8. Já os automotores com placas terminadas em 4, 5 e 6 têm até o dia 30/9 para realizar o licenciamento. Por fim, aqueles com finais de placa 7, 8, 9 e 0 têm prazo até 31/10.
O CRLV é o documento que comprova que o veículo está em condições legais de circular, conforme determina o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB). Ele deve ser portado em formato impresso ou digital, junto à Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH), a Permissão para Dirigir (PPD) ou a Autorização para Conduzir Ciclomotor (ACC).
Veículos que circulam sem o licenciamento podem receber infração gravíssima, sujeita à multa no valor de R$ 293,47, sete pontos na CNH e remoção do veículo para um pátio credenciado até a regularização da situação.
Como acessar o CRLV
O documento pode ser acessado pelo aplicativo Carteira Digital de Trânsito (CDT), pelo MG App, pelo portal da Secretaria Nacional de Trânsito (Senatran) ou pelo site da CET-MG (www.transito.mg.gov.br). No site, basta acessar a aba “veículos”, clicar em “emitir o CRLV” e preencher o formulário eletrônico. O documento poderá ser impresso quantas vezes forem necessárias.
O aplicativo CDT e o MG App estão disponíveis para aparelhos com sistemas operacionais Android e iOS.
Para a emissão do CRLV 2025, é necessário que o proprietário do veículo tenha quitado o Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Veículos Automotores (IPVA), a Taxa de Renovação do Licenciamento Anual (TRLAV) e todas as multas vencidas, além de não haver restrições judiciais ou administrativas que impeçam a emissão do documento.
