A Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (PMMG) anunciou, na sexta-feira (1), uma nova ferramenta digital para combater a violência contra a mulher. A corporação agora utiliza um aplicativo que monitora, em tempo real, todas as ocorrências relacionadas aos crimes contra a mulher, permitindo uma resposta mais rápida e eficaz. O anúncio ocorreu durante a Operação Agosto Lilás, nesta sexta-feira, na Cidade Administrativa, em Belo Horizonte.
De acordo com a chefe do Centro de Jornalismo da PMMG, major Layla Brunnela, a ferramenta permite a classificação de risco das vítimas, a partir de dados inseridos no sistema como: tipo de violência que a mulher sofreu, quantas vezes que a vítima buscou ajuda junto à Polícia Militar, se foi emitida medida protetiva e outros, garantindo uma resposta mais rápida e estratégica. “Todas as comandantes e todos os militares envolvidos no atendimento de proteção à mulher, recebem, em tempo real, a atualização do sistema, à medida que as ocorrências são registradas. A classificação vai orientar a PM a um atendimento prioritário e agilizar o pós-atendimento mais aproximado”, frisou a major Layla.
Segundo a major, com a informatização desse processo, as palestras que serão incrementadas neste mês e a campanha de comunicação organizacional voltada à conscientização da mulher, aliada às ações repressivas, a Polícia Militar busca fortalecer o enfrentamento à violência contra mulher em todas as regiões do estado.
