    PREFEITURA DE NOVA SERRANA COMEÇA CADASTRO PARA CASAS POPULARES NA TERÇA (9)

    A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana realiza entre os dias 09 e 19 de setembro, o cadastramento para a primeira etapa dos programas habitacionais do município. As inscrições serão realizadas no auditório do Centro Administrativo Municipal, das 08h às 17h.

    Neste primeiro momento, o cadastro contemplará os residenciais Primavera I e II, somando 300 moradias enquadradas no programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida faixa 1.

    Dentro desta modalidade, serão beneficiadas famílias com renda total bruta de até R$ 2.850,00, seguindo as diretrizes da portaria 738/2024, publicada pelo Ministério das Cidades.

    Os atendimentos para o cadastro serão agendados através da distribuição de senhas, as quais serão distribuídas entre os dias 09 e 11 de setembro.

    Público prioritário

    Segundo a portaria, 50% das unidades habitacionais serão prioritariamente destinadas para beneficiários em situação de risco e vulnerabilidade caracterizada pelo atendimento por meio do Programa Bolsa Família (PBF), Benefício de Prestação Continuada (BPC), ou presença de pessoa com microcefalia em decorrência do Zika Vírus na composição familiar (para essas pessoas o imóvel será gratuito).

    Ainda referente às unidades habitacionais, 3% dos imóveis serão direcionados prioritariamente para pessoas idosas, e outros 3% para pessoas com deficiência.

    É importante destacar que concluído o período de cadastramento, será realizado a análise dos critérios de elegibilidade e hierarquização, seguindo as diretrizes publicadas pelo Ministério da Cidade. (COMUNICAÇÃO PREFEITURA N.S.)

     

    Critérios de elegibilidade

    Conforme discriminado na portaria 738/2024 do Ministério das Cidades, três critérios diretos estabelecem a elegibilidade, ou seja, realizam a primeira seleção dos populares que almejam conquistar sua casa nos projetos Primavera I e II. São eles:

    • Limite de renda (R$ 2850,00 por família);
    • Integrar o déficit habitacional do município (viver em habitação precária, encontra-se em situação de coabitação, residir em superlotação pagando aluguel, situação de rua, aluguel social, ou ter gasto excessivo com aluguel);
    • Não ser proprietário de outro imóvel (vale também para o cônjuge);

    Hierarquia de Classificação

    Após a realização do cadastro, a seleção acontecerá seguindo normas de hierarquia definida pelo Ministério das Cidades, com prioridade àquelas que se enquadrem em mais critérios entre os listados a seguir:

    I – Mulher na condição de responsável pela unidade familiar, declarada no CadÚnico;

    II – Pessoa negra na composição familiar, declarada no CadÚnico;

    III – Pessoa com deficiência na composição familiar, comprovado por avaliação biopsicossocial de que trata o § 1º do art. 2º da Lei nº 13.146, de 6 de julho de 2015, regulamentada pelo Decreto nº 11.063, de 04 de maio de 2022;

    IV – Idoso na composição familiar, comprovado por documento civil no qual conste a data de nascimento;

    V – Criança ou adolescente na composição familiar, comprovado por documento de certidão de nascimento, de guarda ou de tutela;

    VI – Pessoa com câncer ou doença rara crônica e degenerativa, comprovado por laudo médico;

    VII – Mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e familiar na composição familiar, conforme o disposto na Lei nº 11.340, de 7 de agosto de 2006 (Lei Maria da Penha), comprovado por comprovante de registro da denúncia pelo Ministério Público junto ao Cadastro Nacional de Violência Doméstica, instituído pela Resolução CNMP nº 135, de 26 de janeiro de 2016, alterada pela Resolução CNMP nº 167, de 23 de maio de 2017;

    VIII – Integrantes de povos indígenas e quilombolas, declarados no CadÚnico;

    IX – Residentes em área de risco de deslizamentos de grande impacto, inundações bruscas e processos geológicos ou hidrológicos correlatos, conforme Plano Municipal de Redução de Riscos – PMRR, mapeamento de riscos produzido pelo Serviço Geológico do Brasil – CPRM ou laudo da Defesa Civil estadual ou municipal;

    X – Beneficiário cujo contrato foi distratado ou rescindido involuntariamente, conforme normativo específico, a ser indicado pelo Ente Público ao Agente Financeiro.

    XI – Encontrar-se em situação de rua, ou com trajetória de rua, comprovado por meio do ateste do Ente Público Local.
