O Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia (Inmet) publicou um aviso meteorológico, que indica perigo, em razão da baixa umidade do ar até esta sexta-feira (12) Minas Gerais, está entre os estados que poderão registrar baixos índices de umidade relativa.
Não há previsão de chuvas para os próximos dias. Altas temperaturas deverão ser registradas até o final deste mês em Nova Serrana e região.
Cuidados
O Inmet alerta que, em caso de baixa umidade, há risco potencial de incêndios florestais e à saúde das populações nesta região. Pode haver ressecamento da pele, dor de cabeça, risco de doenças pulmonares, desconforto nos olhos, boca e nariz. A recomendação é beber bastante líquido, não se expor ao sol nas horas mais quentes, umidificar os ambientes e hidratar a pele. Atividades físicas não são recomendadas. Há ainda uma indicação para não consumir bebidas diuréticas, como café e álcool.
