    ZEMA ANUNCIA AJUDA A EMPRESAS E EXTINÇÃO DO CORTE DE ÁGUA E LUZ PARA MAIS POBRES

    Para amenizar os impactos econômicos nesta nova fase de agravamento da pandemia de covid-19 no estado, o governador Romeu Zema anunciou nesta quinta-feira (18) um conjunto de medidas de socorro econômico a famílias de baixa renda, comerciantes, empresários e municípios.

    Entre as medidas anunciadas está a suspensão de cortes no fornecimento de água e luz a pessoas de baixa renda, cadastrados como consumidores de Tarifa Social na Cemig e na Copasa; descontos de até 90% nos juros e multas para empresas que desejam renegociar a dívida do ICMS; suspensão e prorrogação de datas de obrigações fiscais; e antecipação de parcelas do acordo feito entre o Estado e a Associação Mineira dos Municípios (AMM), no valor de R$ 383 milhões.

    – Cemig

    A Cemig vai suspender os cortes de fornecimento de energia elétrica a clientes cadastrados como Tarifa Social que estão com débitos em atraso. Além disso, a companhia vai parcelar os valores devidos por esses consumidores em até 60 parcelas mensais, sem juros, nas condições estabelecidas pelo portal cemig.com.br.

    Os débitos de microempresas dos setores afetados pelas medidas restritivas de funcionamento poderão ser parcelados em até 12 vezes, sem juros. A Cemig também vai priorizar que as unidades de pronto atendimento, clínicas, hospitais e demais equipamentos de saúde e empresas categorizadas como serviços essenciais tenham o fornecimento de energia garantido.

    – Copasa

    Os Clientes beneficiários da Tarifa Social não terão seu abastecimento suspenso até o dia 31/05, assim como não haverá a incidência de juros e multas por atraso no pagamento das contas nesse período. Com as novas condições de negociação dos débitos, esses clientes poderão parcelar suas faturas atrasadas sem entrada, cobrança de juros e multas, e dividir o pagamento em até 36 meses. A adesão deve ser feita até o dia 15 de maio de 2021, pelo site da Copasa (copasa.com.br).

    Clientes da categoria comercial e dos ramos de atividades abrangidos pelas Deliberações 130 e 138 do Comitê Extraordinário Covid-19, que possuem faturas com vencimento nas datas entre 18/03/2021 a 17/04/2021, terão o prazo de vencimento dessas contas prorrogado até 17/5/2021. Caso tenha interesse no parcelamento dos valores das faturas desse período, sem juros e multas; o comerciante fazer solicitação formal por meio do canal Fale Conosco, disponível no site copasa.com.br.

    Clientes da Copasa que possuem contratos especiais de demanda (grandes volumes) poderão requerer que o faturamento do período 18/3/2021 a 17/4/2021 seja apurado pelo consumo real medido, caso o volume de água consumido esteja menor do que o volume contratado. Os débitos pendentes ou abastecimento interrompido poderão ser incluídos na Campanha de Parcelamento Especial, em condições facilitadas.

    Para ter direito ao benefício da Tarifa Social é preciso ter o registro atualizado no CadÚnico do governo federal, morar em um imóvel residencial e ter renda mensal de até meio salário mínimo por pessoa do grupo familiar.

    – Refis

    O Governo do Estado encaminhou para análise da Assembleia Legislativa de Minas Gerais (ALMG) proposta de regularização de dívidas de ICMS. Ela alcança todos os débitos de ICMS, em aberto ou parcelados, inscritos ou não em dívida ativa, ocorridos até dezembro de 2020. As medidas foram elaboradas antes do início da onda roxa.

    “Esse programa, já aprovado pelo Conselho Nacional de Política Fazendária, garantirá às empresas que aderirem a ele descontos de até 90% nos juros e multas de suas dívidas de ICMS. O parcelamento poderá ser feito em até 84 vezes”, explicou o governador.

    As reduções se aplicam somente aos juros e multas aplicados sobre a inadimplência, estando preservado o valor do imposto devido aos cofres públicos.

    – Municípios

    Para auxiliar os municípios, o Governo de Minas vai antecipar R$ 383 milhões referentes a duas parcelas do acordo com a Associação Mineira de Municípios (AMM), da dívida deixada pela gestão passada. O total antecipado corresponde às parcelas de março e abril, que serão depositadas, respectivamente, nesta sexta-feira (19) e na semana que vem, no dia 26. Com a iniciativa, o valor referente ao mês de março será pago com 12 dias de antecedência. Já em relação ao valor do mês de abril, a antecipação será de 35 dias.

    Assinado em abril de 2019, o acordo feito entre o Estado e a AMM estabelece o pagamento, a partir de janeiro de 2020, de R$ 7 bilhões de repasses de ICMS, IPVA e Fundeb devidos aos municípios. Das 33 parcelas previstas, já foram pagas 14. Um total de R$ 3,3 bilhões, que correspondem a 46% da dívida. Com a antecipação das 15ª e 16ª parcelas, a quitação da dívida passará a ser de 52%.

    – Contribuintes

    Serão implementadas 26 medidas que têm como objetivo beneficiar os contribuintes de Minas Gerais e reduzir os impactos causados pela necessária inclusão de todas as regiões do estado na onda roxa do plano Minas Consciente, como forma de combate à pandemia da covid-19.

    O decreto a ser publicado nos próximos dias suspende por 30 dias os prazos relativos aos Processos Tributários Administrativos (PTAs), cobrança administrativa, protesto, inscrição em dívida ativa, e para o cumprimento de obrigações acessórias relacionadas à entrega de documentos nas unidades da Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda (SEF/MG).

    Também serão suspensos os prazos de entrega de requerimento de avaliação contraditória do ITCD, renovação de regimes especiais de locadoras de veículos e apresentação de relação de cooperados para renovação da isenção do IPVA do Transporte Escolar.
