Minas recebeu, na noite de quinta-feira (1), mais de 1 milhão de novas doses de vacinas contra a covid-19. O décimo primeiro lote recebido pelo estado contém 943.400 doses da Coronavac e outras 73.250 da AstraZeneca – totalizando 1.016.650 doses.
Além de ampliar a vacinação para idosos entre 65 e 69 anos, o carregamento irá permitir o início da imunização de profissionais das Forças de Segurança que atuam na linha de frente do combate à pandemia; incluídos como prioridade no Plano Nacional de Imunização (PNI).
De acordo com a Nota técnica nº297/2021, do dia 31/3/21, do Ministério da Saúde (MS), ficou estabelecido a antecipação do envio de um quantitativo de doses de vacinas de maneira escalonada e proporcional, direcionado exclusivamente para a vacinação dos profissionais das Forças de Segurança, Salvamento e Forças Armadas.
No grupo prioritário das Forças de Segurança estão os trabalhadores envolvidos no atendimento e transporte de pacientes, resgates e atendimento pré-hospitalar, ações de vacinação contra covid-19, ações de vigilância das medidas de distanciamento social, com contato direto e constante com o público independentemente da categoria. Demais profissionais que não se enquadram nas atividades de linha de frente deverão ser vacinados conforme andamento da campanha nacional de vacinação contra a covid-19.
– Doses
O décimo primeiro lote de imunizantes para a população mineira veio de caminhão, de São Paulo, diretamente para a Central Estadual da Rede de Frio da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde (SES-MG). As doses serão encaminhadas às 28 Unidades Regionais de Saúde (URSs) do Estado, e, posteriormente, chegarão aos municípios, que são os responsáveis pela aplicação das vacinas.
Segundo a orientação do PNI, as doses da CoronaVac serão utilizadas para iniciar a imunização de 6% dos profissionais das Forças de Segurança, conforme determinado pelo Ministério da Saúde. Elas também serão utilizadas para aplicar a primeira dose em 1,26% da população entre 65 e 69 anos. Também como segunda dose em 7% dos trabalhadores da Saúde, 87% da população entre 75 e 79 anos, e 80,4% da população entre 70 e 74 anos.
Já os imunizantes da AstraZeneca serão aplicados como segunda dose para 10,2% aos trabalhadores da Saúde.
