– Projeto de Lei 031/2021 que “Altera o caput e o §4° do artigo 5° e acresce o inciso III ao artigo 5° da Lei nº 1.508, de 1° de setembro de 1999”, de autoria do Executivo Municipal;
– Projeto de Lei 032/2021 que “Dispõe sobre a denominação de Rua no âmbito do município de Nova Serrana e das outras providências”, de autoria do Vereador Josué da Silva;
– Projeto de Lei Complementar 033/2021 que “Altera o artigo 132 da Lei Complementar 015/2019, que dispõe sobre a reestruturação do Plano de Cargos e Carreiras e Remuneração dos Profissionais da Administração do Poder Executivo de Nova Serrana, estabelece normas gerais de enquadramento, institui nova tabela de vencimentos e dá outras providências; altera o artigo 148 da Lei Complementar n° 16/2019, que dispõe sobre a reestruturação do Plano de Cargos e Carreiras e Remuneração dos Profissionais da Saúde do Poder Executivo de Nova Serrana, estabelece normas gerais de enquadramento, institui nova tabela de vencimentos e dá outras providências e o artigo 11 da Lei Complementar nº 18/2019, que altera a Lei 2.331, de 15 de maio de 2015, que institui o Plano de Cargos, Carreiras e Remuneração dos Profissionais de Apoio à Educação do Município de Nova Serrana, e dá outras providências”, de autoria do Executivo;
– Projeto de Lei 035/2021 que “Institui no âmbito do Município de Nova Serrana o mês ‘Abril Laranja’, dedicado à campanha de prevenção da crueldade contra os animais, e dá outras providências”, Willian Barcelos;
– Projeto de Lei 037/2021 que “Nomeia como ‘Evaldo Antônio Ferreira’ a Passarela da Comunidade de Gamas”, Executivo;
– Projeto de Lei 039/2021 que “Dispõe sobre a autorização para a criação do programa Renda Básica Emergencial Municipal em Nova Serrana, em decorrência da pandemia da Covid 19”, de autoria do Vereador Valter dos Reis Melo.
