    NOVA SERRANA: MOTORISTA MORRE APÓS BATER CARRO DE FRENTE COM CARRETA NA BR-262

    Um homem de 42 anos morreu após se acidentar neste domingo (25), no km 454 da BR-262, em Nova Serrana. O acidente foi registrado por volta de 9h30.

    De acordo com a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), a suspeita é que o condutor do veículo de passeio, por motivos ainda desconhecidos, invadiu a contramão e acabou colidindo de frente com uma carreta. Devido ao impacto, os dois motoristas perderam o controle da direção e saíram da pista. O condutor do carro morreu no local. Após perícia, o corpo foi encaminhado ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML) pelo serviço funerário conveniado.

    O motorista da carreta, de 62 anos, foi socorrido pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) e levado ao hospital. O nome da unidade hospitalar não foi divulgado e não é possível saber o estado de saúde do paciente.
