A Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda de Minas Gerais, por meio da Subsecretaria do Tesouro Estadual, disponibiliza para acesso público o Portal de Repasses aos Municípios. O objetivo é dar mais transparência em relação às transferências constitucionais destinadas às 853 prefeituras mineiras.
No portal são encontradas informações sobre os repasses tributários brutos do ICMS e do IPVA (impostos estaduais) e do IPI (imposto federal). Também são informados os valores líquidos referentes aos repasses, incluindo-se os abatimentos do Fundeb e da vinculação à Saúde.
Totalmente desenvolvida por servidores do Tesouro Estadual, a nova ferramenta não gerou custos extras aos cofres públicos e pode ser conferida no link http://www.fazenda.mg.gov.br/…/portal-de-repasses-aos…/.
O subsecretário do Tesouro Estadual, Fábio Amaral, explica que os dados inseridos no portal podem ser analisados tanto de forma agregada quanto separadamente, por município.
“A atualização do portal será mensal. A ideia é que a ferramenta, especialmente desenvolvida para ampliar o quesito transparência, seja o ponto focal da sociedade mineira em relação às informações sobre os recursos repassados rigorosamente em dia para todos os municípios do estado”, conclui.
