    NOVO DECRETO ESTABELECE RESTRIÇÕES MAIS RÍGIDAS EM NOVA SERRANA; VEJA O QUE PODE E O QUE NÃO PODE

    O prefeito de Nova Serrana, Euzebio Lago (MDB), assinou ontem (2º) o decreto nº 054/2021 que dispõe sobre medidas restritivas de prevenção à Covid-19. As mudanças passam a valer hoje (3) e vão até o dia 7 de junho. O descumprimento das determinações poderá gerar sanções penais, cassação do alvará e multa. Além de interdição do estabelecimento por 7 dias no primeiro descumprimento e por 15 dias em caso de reincidência.

    No texto, o governo municipal afirmou que a ação considerou a taxa de ocupação de 100% dos leitos de CTI no município; a desmobilização de grande parte da sociedade acerca da necessidade de manter o isolamento social, distanciamento e demais medidas sanitárias para se evitar o contágio; a necessidade de adoção de medidas mais severa para mitigar a disseminação da doença em razão dos elevados riscos à saúde pública; o aumento significativo de casos confirmados na última semana e a escassez de matéria prima para produção de sedativos/kits de intubação.

    – Bares, distribuidores de bebidas, tabacarias e congêneres, podem funcionar apenar em delivery.

    – Está proibida a venda de bebidas alcoólicas geladas.

    – Supermercados e congêneres:

    1. a) limitar o número de pessoas para cada estabelecimento garantindo-se o distanciamento de 03 metros entre os indivíduos, à razão de uma pessoa por cada 10 m²;
    2. b) controlar acesso de clientes com fichas numéricas individuais e previamente higienizadas;
    3. c) permitir a entrada apenas individual de cliente, ficando proibido grupo de pessoas, ainda que da família;
    4. d) funcionamento de 5h às 20h.

    – Restaurantes, lanchonete e congêneres poderão funcionar das 05 às 20 horas, fora deste horário apenas por delivery.

    – As demais atividades comerciais não discriminadas neste decreto, poderão funcionar das 08 às 18 horas.

    – Apenas farmácias, drogarias e postos de combustíveis podem funcionar entre 20h e 5h.

    – As atividades cujo funcionamento é permitido, caberá aos responsáveis observar o seguinte:

    I -certificar-se da adoção de todas as medidas sanitárias  recomendadas  para  garantir  rigoroso controle de suas atividades e respectivo público, evitando-se aglomerações, com demarcações de assentos  e  demais  espaços  internos,  a  fim  de garantir o distanciamento necessário;

    II -fornecer EPI’s e EPC’s adequados para cada tipo de atividade aos respectivos colaboradores;

    III -onde houver “fila” de pessoas, seja em área interna  ou  externa,  mesmo  que  em  calçadas, será   de   exclusiva   responsabilidade   dos respectivos   estabelecimentos   o   dever   de controle   e   preservação   da   necessária organização  e  distanciamento  mínimo  de  03 metros, à razão de uma pessoa por cada 10 m², mediante marcações no chão e disponibilização de   pessoal   para acompanhar  e  orientar  a  todos,  enquanto perdurarem as filas;

    IV -disponibilizar  álcool a 70%  em  todos  os locais de atendimento ao público, garantindo-se visibilidade e fácil acesso, inclusive, atendendo-se às normas de acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência;

    V -deve-se restringir a entrada ou permanência de  pessoa  que  não  esteja  fazendo  uso  de máscara de proteção facial;

    – FEIRAS LIVRES:

    1. a) Fica autorizado a realização de feiras livres somente aos sábados de 06 às 12h, no Centro de Convenções, apenas para comércio de hortifrutigranjeiros, carnes, peixes, laticínios, bolos, biscoitos, roscas e similares embalados, desde que observadas as medidas de prevenção ao contágio da Covid 19;
    2. b) entrada individual na área da feira, mediante efetivo controle, proibindo-se grupos de pessoas, ainda que da mesma família;
    3. c) atendimento individual por banca e distanciamento de 03 metros por pessoa;
    4. d) proibido o consumo de alimentos no local;
    5. e) proibido o comércio de produtos industrializados, vestuário, brinquedos e eletrônicos.

    – Ficam proibidos eventos, festas, comemorações ou inaugurações presenciais, públicos ou privados, inclusive de pessoas da mesma família que não moram juntas.

    – Proibida a locação de imóveis e espaços privados, incluindo sítios e salões, para a realização de eventos particulares, independentemente do número de pessoas, em área urbana ou rural.

    – O atendimento presencial ao público externo nas repartições públicas municipais será realizado de segunda a quinta-feira, no horário das 12 às 18hrs e na sexta-feira das 12 às 17h. Os serviços do Centro Administrativo devem ser solicitados através dos telefones disponíveis no site: novaserrana.mg.gov.br
