Nesta quarta-feira (4) às 19h, ocorrerá a terceira audiência pública do Plano Diretor Participativo e do Plano de Mobilidade Urbana de Nova Serrana. O evento terá formato semipresencial, portanto para participar presencialmente a população de Nova Serrana poderá comparecer ao Auditório do Sindinova ou interagir e acompanhar pelo Youtube (https://youtu.be/h6AZK7w3dDo). As interações na plataforma virtual ocorrerão de forma escrita, por meio de formulário ou chat, conforme orientações dadas durante o evento.
O objetivo do evento é apresentar as etapas realizadas para elaboração do Plano Diretor e Plano de Mobilidade Urbana e apresentar e debater a versão preliminar dos anteprojetos de Lei do Plano Diretor Participativo e Plano de Mobilidade Urbana.
Além de considerar as manifestações durante a audiência, a partir do dia 4 de agosto será aberta consulta pública para que a sociedade tenha mais uma oportunidade para manifestar sua opinião sobre as propostas. O acesso ao conteúdo poderá ser feito por meio do site www.participanovaserrana.com.br.
Sobre o processo:
O governo municipal de Nova Serrana deu início, em março de 2020, ao processo de elaboração do Plano Diretor Participativo (PDP) e do Plano de Mobilidade Urbana (PMU) do município. Os dois planos estão sendo desenvolvidos mediante convênio de cooperação técnica entre a prefeitura e a Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, convênio que também inclui a atualização do cadastro territorial do município. Estes estudos contribuirão para o diagnóstico de diversos problemas, orientando uma melhor tomada de decisão por parte da administração pública, além do planejamento e execução de políticas urbanas.
Os planos têm como objetivo orientar o crescimento urbano e responder aos problemas de mobilidade. Embora existam parâmetros técnicos para analisar a cidade como um todo, a percepção de cada morador de Nova Serrana é fundamental para entender as diferentes maneiras de vida em cada bairro e os diferentes interesses e expectativas dos moradores em relação à cidade.
