No intuito de prezar pela participação dos cidadãos nas atividades legislativas tanto de forma presencial, quanto pelo acesso on-line com a transmissão de todas as sessões por meio da internet, a Câmara de Nova Serrana modernizou o sistema de som e imagem que permitirá a transmissão das reuniões dos vereadores com mais qualidade.
Além da aquisição de equipamentos de informática e softwares, foram instaladas quatro novas câmeras no plenário, sendo uma delas com a função de 360°. As reuniões das Comissões Permanentes e também a 23º reunião ordinária desta semana, (dias 09 e 10/08), já foram realizadas com a utilização dos novos instrumentos e os resultados são notáveis.
“É importante destacar que o foco da ação está no cidadão que muitas vezes não possui tempo para acompanhar presencialmente as reuniões e assiste às sessões de sua residência pelo computador ou celular. Trata de um investimento cujo principal retorno é uma maior aproximação dos cidadãos com o conteúdo legislativo”, disse a assessoria em nota à imprensa.
As reuniões da Câmara, audiências públicas e solenidades são transmitidas ao vivo pelo site www.novaserrana.cam.mg.gov.br, também pelo canal do YouTube e Facebook da Câmara Municipal.
Durante a pandemia, em que a restrição de público ainda vigora, a transmissão é uma opção segura para acompanhar de perto tudo que é discutido no Legislativo Municipal. Cronograma de reuniões:
Comissão de Finanças, Legislação e Justiça: Todas as segundas-feiras, às 13h30.
Comissão de Administração Pública, Meio Ambiente e Política Urbana: Todas as Terças-feiras, às 12h30.
Comissão de Educação, Saúde, Saneamento e Direitos Humanos: Todas as Terças-feiras, às 14 horas.
Reuniões Ordinárias – Todas as terças-feiras, às 19 horas.
