A Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG) traz uma novidade para os estudantes maiores de 18 anos e que ainda não finalizaram o ensino médio a partir do ano letivo de 2021. Chamada de EJA Novos Rumos, a ação reforça a atenção especial que a SEE/MG tem direcionado aos estudantes do ensino médio e, além de oferecer educação de qualidade e de ser oportunidade para o aluno concluir o ensino médio em tempo mais curto, também prioriza a participação dos jovens e adultos em cursos de Formação Inicial Continuada (FIC).
Neste ano, estão sendo disponibilizadas mais de 25 mil novas vagas, chegando perto de 86 mil alunos matriculados na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) nas escolas públicas estaduais. Serão iniciadas turmas em cerca de 300 novas unidades de ensino, além das 1.000 que já contavam com a modalidade de ensino no ano passado.
Os interessados terão uma nova oportunidade com a abertura do período de inscrições para vagas remanescentes da modalidade. O prazo terá início em 25/2, quando será possível fazer o cadastro para participar do processo.
