    AEDES AEGYPTI: CONFIRA OS ÍNDICES DA DENGUE EM NOVA SERRANA

    A Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES-MG) divulgou, nesta quarta-feira (4), um boletim epidemiológico de arbovirose urbana – doenças causadas mosquito Aedes aegypti. Em Nova Serrana foram registrados 586 casos de dengue em 2022. São 62 casos a mais desde o último boletim, divulgado em 28/4, quando eram 524. O município também registrou um caso provável de chikungunya.

    – Situação no estado

    Em toda Minas Gerais, em 2022, já foram registrados 46.595 casos prováveis (suspeito + confirmado) de dengue. Desse total, 20.086 foram confirmados para a doença. Nove óbitos foram confirmados pela doença em Minas Gerais (Araguari, Betim, Bom Sucesso, Conselheiro Lafaiete, Espinosa, Itaúna, São Roque de Minas e Urucuia) e 30 óbitos são investigados até o momento.

    A SES-MG informa que um óbito por dengue, de paciente residente do município de Pirapetinga, não se encontra listado entre os municípios por ter sido notificado em outro estado. A SES-MG informa, também, que um óbito havia sido confirmado anteriormente que foi revisado. Trata-se de uma notificação pelo município de Buritizeiro, que agora está entre os 30 óbitos em investigação.

    Em relação à febre Chikungunya, foram registrados 4.147 casos prováveis, dos quais 1.361 foram confirmados. Até então, não há nenhum caso de óbito confirmado por Chikungunya em Minas Gerais, e um segue em investigação.

    Quanto ao vírus Zika, foram registrados 54 casos prováveis, sendo oito confirmados para a doença.

    A maneira de evitar as doenças provocadas pelo mosquito Aedes aegypti, é eliminar qualquer foco de água parada no qual o mosquito possa se reproduzir. Todas as pessoas devem cuidar de suas casas e locais de trabalho de modo que consigam manter o ambiente sempre limpo e longe de qualquer possibilidade de acúmulo de água. Como medida de proteção individual sugere-se ainda o uso de repelentes, e telas nas janelas, camas e berços.
