A Agência Móvel da Copasa retornou para Nova Serrana. Desta vez, o objetivo é orientar a população sobre como proceder em casos de problemas no abastecimento e difundir os canais de relacionamento oficiais da Companhia, para facilitar aos moradores a comunicação com a empresa. Com início nesta segunda-feira (10/11), a unidade percorrerá diferentes pontos até o dia 24/11.
Com informação ao seu alcance, os clientes podem relatar vazamentos, intermitências no abastecimento e intercorrências relacionadas ao esgoto diretamente à empresa. Essa comunicação permite que equipes técnicas tomem conhecimento das ocorrências com maior agilidade, tornando mais célere o atendimento às demandas e normalização dos cenários.
Cronograma
Nos dias 10 e 11 de novembro a unidade estará no bairro Planalto na Praça na avenida Maranhão. Nos dias 12 e 13 a unidade estará na avenida Norte Sul no bairro Concesso Elias. Já no Centro, o atendimento será nos dias 17 e 18 na praça do Jardim do Lago, na Avenida Dom Cabral. No Romeu Duarte, a unidade estaciona na praça do bairro, na rua Geraldo Pinto do Amaral, e será no dia 19. No dia 24, na rua Carmen Duarte, no bairro Boa Vista, em frente ao Centro Social.
Em todas as datas, a unidade funcionará das 9h às 16h. Não haverá atendimentos nos dias 15 (sábado) e 16 (domingo).
Outros serviços
Na ocasião, a unidade também ofertará aos clientes outros serviços, como negociação de débitos com condições especiais, ligação de água, mudança de titularidade, revisão de faturas, emissão de segunda via, atualização de dados, esclarecimento de dúvidas acerca da Tarifa Social, dentre outros.
Dúvidas sobre a Tarifa Social, benefício que concede até 50% de desconto nas faturas da Companhia, também serão sanadas. Atualmente, em Nova Serrana, 4569 mil clientes são contemplados. Têm direito clientes inscritos no (CadÚnico), com renda mensal de até meio salário mínimo por pessoa ou que sejam beneficiários do BPC/Loas (Benefício de Prestação Continuada).
