As agências do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) estarão fechadas nesta sexta-feira (28), devido à comemoração do dia do servidor público, e também no dia dois de novembro (quarta-feira), Dia de Finados. Nos demais dias, o atendimento será normal.

– Canais remotos

A central de atendimento telefônico 135 funcionará normalmente no dia 28/10 para atendimento ao cidadão. Já no dia 02/11, haverá apenas o atendimento eletrônico.

Por meio do atendimento eletrônico do 135, é possível obter informações sobre o benefício, saber o horário que foi agendado o próximo atendimento na agência ou ainda obter informações de pagamento. As ligações para o 135 são gratuitas se forem feitas de telefone fixo. Quem usar o celular paga apenas o valor de uma ligação local.

O Meu INSS também seguirá disponível tanto na internet quanto no aplicativo de celular.

Pelo Portal Meu INSS, é possível pedir benefícios, emitir extratos, cumprir exigências e agendar atendimento presencial. Nesse canal, o cidadão também encontra a assistente virtual Helô, que orienta e tira dúvidas sobre serviços e benefícios do INSS.
