AGENDAMENTO DE VACINA CONTRA COVID-19 PARA IDOSOS ACIMA DE 64 ANOS ABRE AMANHÃ

A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Nova Serrana informa que nesta terça-feira (27), a partir das 7h, será aberto agendamento de 680 vagas para vacinação de idosos a partir de 64 anos contra Covid-19.

O agendamento será feito pelo site da prefeitura (www.novaserrana.mg.gov.br) apenas até o preenchimento das vagas. Novos agendamentos serão abertos após a chegada de novas doses.

Quem não tiver acesso à internet poderá fazer o agendamento pelos telefones: 3225-4075 / 99971-6345. Idosos que tiverem dificuldades no agendamento devem procurar a unidade de saúde de referência. O local e dia de vacinação serão informados ao final do preenchimento do formulário.

Para os idosos nessa faixa etária, cadastrados nas unidades de saúde, que se encontram acamados, a vacinação continuará sendo feita em domicílio. Idosos ainda não cadastrados nas unidades de saúde devem providenciar o cadastro.

Agendamentos fora da faixa etária ou duplicados serão automaticamente excluídos.
