Mesmo sem uma data para o retorno das aulas presenciais, o governo de Minas Gerais anunciou ontem (24) o protocolo que deverá ser seguido pelas escolas estaduais. No caso das municipais e particulares, cabe a cada município avaliar se irá aderir às regras determinadas pelas secretarias de Estado de Saúde e de Educação.
A volta às aulas será no dia 8 de março, a princípio ainda de forma remota, em razão de decisão judicial que impede retorno de forma presencial.
Porém, o governo o resolveu se antecipar e adiantou que o retorno às aulas deverá ser facultativo, ou seja, dependerá da decisão de cada um dos pais. Por isso, o modelo adotado será híbrido, com a manutenção do ensino remoto.
Como estratégia para o ensino híbrido, a Secretaria de Estado de Educação vai usar como referência as ondas verde e amarela do Minas Consciente, plano do Governo de Minas para a retomada das atividades de forma gradual e segura.
Para o município classificado dentro da onda amarela, será liberado o ensino híbrido para os alunos dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental (1º ao 5º ano). As salas de aula deverão manter 1,5 metro de distância linear entre os alunos. Segue mantida a alternância de semanas entre os alunos. Já para as cidades em regiões inseridas na onda verde ficam autorizadas as atividades presenciais de todos os anos de escolaridade. A metragem entre os alunos será mantida em 1,5 metro.
O retorno dos outros anos de escolaridade será gradual. A cada 14 dias será avaliado o relatório técnico do Centro de Operações de Emergência em Saúde (Coes) para verificar as condições. Se os indicadores estiverem favoráveis ao retorno das aulas presenciais, elas serão iniciadas pelo 3° ano do Ensino Médio, seguido pelo 9° ano do Ensino Fundamental. A partir daí a progressão se dará da seguinte forma: 2° ano do EM, 8° EF, 1° EM, 7° EF e 6° EF.
Em situações em que ocorra a regressão da onda, com o município deixando a classificação verde e amarela e passando para a vermelha, as atividades presenciais serão mantidas, porém as restrições serão ampliadas. Neste caso, a distância entre os estudantes passará de 1,5 metro para 3 metros, combinadas com todos os protocolos sanitários definidos pelo comitê de saúde. Veja as regras:
– As escolas deverão disponibilizar dispenser com sabonete líquido, álcool gel, máscaras reutilizáveis, copos descartáveis, papel toalha, luvas e lixeiras com tampa e pedal.
– A recomendação é que as escolas adotem horários diferentes para entrada e saída de acordo com cada turma, de forma que os grupos não se encontrem.
– O distanciamento mínimo entre alunos deve ser de 1,5 metro, com uma média de 18 alunos por turma.
– Segundo o governo, o retorno deve ser monitorado constantemente, para entender os impactos do retorno às aulas na situação epidemiológica.
Quando tiver mais de um caso de aluno com diagnóstico confirmado de Covid-19 em uma mesma turma, todos os estudantes daquela sala deverão migrar para o ensino remoto.
Se houver mais de uma turma suspensa em um mesmo turno, todo o turno deve migrar para ensino on-line. Caso seja necessária suspensão de mais de um turno, toda a escola deverá migrar para ensino remoto temporariamente.
