A Câmara Municipal aprovou o Projeto de Lei 064/2022, de autoria da Mesa Diretora, o qual institui em Nova Serrana o direito de o contribuinte ter acesso a meios e formas de pagamento digital, tais como PIX e transferência bancária, para quitação de débitos de natureza tributária como taxas e contribuições.
O projeto destaca que no caso de pagamento através de Pix, a Administração Pública deverá disponibilizar ao contribuinte QR Code, link específico ou chave aleatória específica para a identificação do pagamento. O meio de identificação de pagamento deverá ser disponibilizado para consulta ao site da Prefeitura Municipal, que deverá funcionar e possibilitar a emissão dos meios de identificação de pagamento durante as vinte e quatro horas do dia, inclusive aos finais de semana e feriados.
Isso se aplica inclusive aos créditos tributários anteriores, sendo facultado ao contribuinte efetuar o pagamento desses créditos através dos meios digitais.

A operação permite a transferência de recursos entre contas em segundos e a qualquer hora ou dia. Com este projeto, pretendemos facilitar a vida do contribuinte, permitindo-lhe forma de pagamento mais fácil e disponível a qualquer tempo, sem os percalços de filas ou a limitação de horário para realização do pagamento dos tributos”, destacou a Mesa Diretora.
