A Câmara de Nova Serrana aprovou, na 1ª reunião extraordinária, o projeto que institui o Programa de Regularidade Fiscal – REFIS, que autoriza o recebimento de créditos tributários e não tributários com desconto em juros e multas.
O objetivo do projeto é implantar mecanismos de arrecadação para que o contribuinte possa estar em dia com suas obrigações.
Quem estiver com atrasos poderá quitar os débitos em parcela única ou até em 10 vezes, com percentuais de descontos que vão de 15% a 90% de desconto no valor relativo a juros e multa de mora.
Isso ajudará pessoas e empresas possam colocar em dia seus compromissos, evitando assim as consequências do protesto, bem como do Processo Judicial de Execução. Poderão aderir os devedores que já houverem parcelado ou reparcelado seus débitos.
