Um homem de 21 anos foi atingido por um disparo de arma de fogo por um policial militar, enquanto assaltava um posto de combustível na B2-262 em Nova Serrana. O policial estava de folga e à paisana.
De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), o caso foi registrado na noite de ontem (4). O policial contou que viu o homem assaltando os frentistas e decidiu intervir. Segundo ele, determinou que o indivíduo largasse a arma, mas a ordem não foi acatada. Neste instante, o PM efetuou disparos de arma de fogo e um deles acertou o braço do infrator.
As guarnições que estavam de serviço compareceram ao local e realizaram a apreensão de uma réplica de arma de fogo, uma motocicleta sem placa utilizada na ação e a quantia de R$291 que foi subtraída das vítimas.
O infrator foi preso em flagrante e conduzido à Delegacia de Polícia Civil juntamente com os materiais apreendidos.
