Desde o dia 3 de outubro, o Ministério Público do Trabalho em Minas Gerais (MPT-MG) abriu 300 investigações a partir de denúncias de coação eleitoral em todas as regiões do estado. As 374 denúncias recebidas até terça-feira (25), deram origem a 300 investigações, após excluídos casos de denúncias repetidas e fora da competência de atuação do MPT. Dentre as unidades do MPT no interior de Minas Gerais, as que mais estão recebendo denúncias são as de Varginha (51 denúncias), seguida por Divinópolis e Juiz de Fora (26 denúncias) e Uberlândia (21 denúncias).
Em Nova Serrana, de acordo com o promotor eleitoral Daniel Saliba, ao menos quatro denúncias foram registradas até esta quarta-feira (26). Foram instaurados procedimentos investigatórios criminais para apurar as condutas de empresários que estão coagindo trabalhadores na cidade. “A recomendação aos eleitores é filmar ou gravar os atos, por ajuda”, pede o promotor. As denúncias podem ser feitas através da Ouvidoria do MPMG (https://aplicacao.mpmg.mp.br/ouvidoria/), 2ª Promotoria de Justiça de Nova Serrana (3228-1500), ou pelo 0800-702-3838.
Os resultados da atuação do MPT-MG já se traduzem em mais de 20 Termos de Ajustamento de Conduta assinados e três Ações Civis Públicas ajuizadas. A prática do assédio eleitoral é caracterizada a partir de “uma conduta abusiva que atenta contra a dignidade do trabalhador, submetendo-o a constrangimentos e humilhações, com a finalidade de obter o engajamento subjetivo da vítima em relação a determinadas práticas ou comportamentos de natureza política durante o pleito eleitoral”, descreve a Nota Técnica divulgada pelo MPT, no dia 07/10.
Dentre as denúncias recebidas pelo MPT-MG estão casos de empregadores que exigem que empregados vistam camisa de determinado candidato; movimentos articulados para assediar categorias profissionais coordenados por associações de classes; ameaças de dispensa caso o funcionário não vote no candidato do empregador. As situações de coação são descritas em diversos setores econômicos, dentre os quais estão comércio varejista de alimentos, roupas, calçados, área da saúde, indústria e administração pública municipal.
